We are looking for a Mission Critical Engineer to join our team at Leidos. As a Voice and Hardware Systems Engineer, you will be involved in executing, refining, and overseeing the processes and procedures of Voice System and Hardware Engineering operations.

You will be responsible for providing engineering support for mission-critical IT systems, telecommunications circuits, voicemail, and telephone units. Your expertise in voice systems engineering will be crucial in driving system availability and reliability through strategic engineering methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with less than 2 years of experience.
  • Current DoD 8570 certification (e.g., Security+).
  • In-depth understanding of classified communications infrastructure supporting U.S. strategic launch capabilities.
  • Experience in launch or mission operations.
  • Proven experience in voice systems engineering for mission-critical systems.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market rates, the estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $117,500 per annum.
