Job Overview

Raymond James Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing data integration solutions that support our critical data platform.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with AWS development, including S3, SNS, SQS, MWAA (Airflow), Glue, DMS, and EMR. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala is also required. Additionally, experience with ETL tools like ODI and database platforms like Oracle and AWS Redshift is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build consensus across teams. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field and five years of relevant experience are required.

We offer a competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience.
