About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and occupancy at our senior living community. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve community occupancy and revenue goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, and external referral sources
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and tours
  • Utilize sales processes and systems to track information and compile data reports
  • Plan and conduct internal and external events to showcase community amenities and services
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in senior living or a related industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to small groups and communicate complex ideas
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, as well as be available to residents at peak service times
