Sales Director

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and community occupancy through effective lead generation, sales processes, and customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of senior living sales principles and the ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive community occupancy and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to prospective residents and their families
- Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve sales targets and community goals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in senior living or a related industry
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software
