Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the daily management of facility maintenance and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate with vendors for repairs and preventive maintenance of facility-related systems including HVAC, refrigeration, and utility systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to company policies and report on facility-related expenses.
  • Manage the workflow of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Oversee contractors to guarantee quality workmanship and safety compliance in all facility projects.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance activities in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Ensure the upkeep of the facility through effective management of cleaning contractors and pest control programs.
  • Responsible for inventory management of spare parts for facility systems.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships within the organization to support production goals.
  • Provide recommendations for efficiency enhancements and budget allocations for facility improvements.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven management experience in facilities operations.
  • Experience with DI water systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
