Position Overview
Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, the Electromechanical Assembly Specialist will ensure the reliable production of high-quality medical devices.

Utilizing established protocols, hand tools, and light machinery, the specialist will assemble components into subassemblies, which will then be integrated into complete units. Responsibilities include performing testing and calibration to meet product standards. The specialist may also provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Uphold and promote the company’s culture, policies, and standards.
- Conduct electromechanical assembly of robotic components and subsystems.
- Align, fit, insert, fasten, tighten, and seal assembly parts.
- Preassemble computing systems for control stations.
- Execute final assembly, integration, formatting, and testing of robotic endpoints and control stations.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair product components, including motors and mechanical assemblies.
- Enhance and refine production methods, documentation, and processes.
- Maintain thorough records of all assembly and testing activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of production workflows.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering with New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives as required.
- Help maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with electromechanical systems or related fields.
- Proven experience in the production of electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with computer systems and subsystems.
- Active participation in Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in production settings.

Technical Skills
- Proficient in basic functions of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ensuring orderly work environments and contributing to the professional presentation of the production area.

Compensation
The base salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonuses and benefits, subject to eligibility criteria.
