As a Commercial Account Executive at First Western Bank & Trust, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small business commercial lines accounts. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their coverage requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small business clients to understand their operations and provide coverage advice and solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing prompt and accurate feedback to their inquiries.
- Account Management
- Assist with the day-to-day needs of assigned small business accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage review.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with related laws and regulations.
- Business Development
- Contribute to the agency's growth by cross-selling and upselling within the existing book of business.
- Identify opportunities to expand coverage and provide solutions to meet changing business needs.
Requirements
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Two years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications
- Property & Casualty license required or willingness to obtain.
