Customer Account Specialist Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers and drive growth within a defined geographic territory or product line. Your primary focus will be on delivering a positive customer experience and driving revenue growth.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to expand existing accounts or enter new markets
  • Collaborate with senior management on key business decisions
  • Design product strategies to meet Dell's approach to various customers and industries
  • Analyze competitors and identify areas for growth and improvement

Essential Skills:

  • Proven ability to sell technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of how technology products address business challenges
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience

Compensation Information:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $139,400 - $180,400, including base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split.
