Key Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Strong attention to operational details and consistent forecasting.
  • Familiarity with a recognized sales methodology (we utilize MEDDPICC).
  • Extensive experience in prospecting and pipeline development, including partner collaboration.
  • Adept at problem-solving, prioritizing, and making strategic decisions to maximize team impact.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative team culture while maintaining healthy competition and a growth mindset.
  • Thorough understanding of business operations, celebrating successes and addressing challenges collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing a sales team using Salesforce.
