We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Associate Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the company's regulatory compliance processes, ensuring that all necessary licenses and registrations are maintained, and developing and maintaining relationships with state regulators and lenders.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Manage the state regulator submission and approval process for company forms, across all product programs.
- Lender Compliance: Manage the lender submission and approval process for company forms, across all product programs.
- Licensing and Registration: Maintain all applicable state or federal licenses and registrations for the company, company affiliates, and company personnel.
- Reporting and Renewals: Timely complete and submit annual reports and/or licensing or registration renewals with the various states.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of all governmental departments where licensing for the company is required.
- CRM Management: Using the company's CRM, track department contact information, licensing type and requirements, and licensing status.
- Education: Associates degree (or higher) with a relevant major.
- Experience: Experience with state insurance licensing and form filing management.
- Skills: Strong communication and research skills, excellent observation and critical thinking abilities, Microsoft Office familiarity, including Outlook.
- Attitude: Proactive (can-do) attitude, aptitude and desire for learning, commitment to excellence.
- Competitive Hourly Wage: 40 hours/week.
