Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Manage the state regulator submission and approval process for company forms, across all product programs.
  • Lender Compliance: Manage the lender submission and approval process for company forms, across all product programs.
  • Licensing and Registration: Maintain all applicable state or federal licenses and registrations for the company, company affiliates, and company personnel.
  • Reporting and Renewals: Timely complete and submit annual reports and/or licensing or registration renewals with the various states.
  • Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of all governmental departments where licensing for the company is required.
  • CRM Management: Using the company's CRM, track department contact information, licensing type and requirements, and licensing status.
Requirements
  • Education: Associates degree (or higher) with a relevant major.
  • Experience: Experience with state insurance licensing and form filing management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and research skills, excellent observation and critical thinking abilities, Microsoft Office familiarity, including Outlook.
  • Attitude: Proactive (can-do) attitude, aptitude and desire for learning, commitment to excellence.
