Construction Administrator

Job Summary:
Specialized Recruiting Group - Charlotte, NC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Construction Administrator. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with vendors and homebuilders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily, weekly, and monthly coordination of Field Technicians to perform scheduled service for local homebuilders, ensuring client commitments are met with the properly skilled personnel and in a cost-efficient manner.
- Responsible for administrative, warranty, and customer service tasks, including setting up new builder accounts, generating purchase orders, and building relationships across teams and with clients.
- Collaborate with department leadership to communicate updates, process improvements, and other information essential to the successful growth of our new construction program.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, reporting to higher management on performance and needs.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or issues, assisting agents with difficult calls or situations, and implementing strategies to prevent future issues.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Effective written and verbal communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize amongst competing priorities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Ability to work well and collaboratively with others.
