Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that Builder Service Representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Builder Service Representatives, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that customer service standards are met, and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report to higher management on the performance and needs of the team.
- Problem-Solving and Escalation: Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or issues, and implement strategies to prevent future issues.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving call center processes and procedures, and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous customer service and/or inside sales experience is required. Prior supervisor experience is preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional written and grammar skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Other: Reliable transportation to and from work, ability to calculate basic math, and must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check and company drug screen.
