Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Marketing and Strategy Analyst to drive our growth in the Korean market. As a key member of our central growth analytics team, you'll collaborate with our Korea GM and US-based leadership to develop data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic planning and goal-setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage reporting of key marketing metrics and spend data in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design and implement analyses, dashboards, and reporting to measure the effectiveness of different marketing strategies across the funnel.
  • Develop and improve internal models for attribution, media mix, and LTV forecasting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience using analytics to drive key business decisions, with at least 2 years specifically in the context of marketing.
  • Native/professional level proficiency in Korean and a willingness to travel to Korea quarterly.
  • Significant experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Amplitude or Mode.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and common analytical techniques like regression.
