Job Summary

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agronomist and Field Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse agricultural operation, with a focus on precision agriculture and farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with agronomy work, including soil testing, crop scouting, and fertilizer application
  • Operate and maintain precision agriculture equipment, including tractors, planters, and strip till machines
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the farm team to achieve production goals and improve overall farm operations
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in agronomy, field operations, and/or precision agriculture
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail
