Role Summary

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Operations Specialist within the Alternative Investments division, you will play a crucial role in a vibrant team that facilitates transactions for our client-facing groups. Your responsibilities will include providing processing and customer service support for specialized, manual, and exception-based processes by liaising with third-party product providers to ensure seamless transactions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and manage transaction requests from our firms and Financial Advisors regarding Client Directed Alternative Investment Products.
  • Serve as the primary contact for field inquiries, status updates, and escalations.
  • Analyze incoming communications from third parties, determining appropriate actions and follow-up communications.
  • Enhance efficiency and mitigate risks by proposing process improvements and system modifications.
  • Collaborate with team members and management on initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills

  • Strong problem identification, analytical, and resolution skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft software products.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking capabilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while being accountable for assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial services or wealth management environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
