Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Alternative Investments team as an Operations Associate III. In this role, you will be responsible for providing processing and customer service support for manual, exception-based, and highly specialized processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process front-end transaction requests from our firms and Financial Advisors on Client Directed Alternative Investment Products
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the field for questions, status update requests, and escalations
  • Review and identification of incoming communications from third parties with ability to discern appropriate actions and follow-up communication
  • Reduce risk or increase efficiencies by suggesting process changes and system modifications to streamline or simplify processes
  • Work with team and manager on initiatives and opportunities to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Effective problem identification, analytical, and resolution skills along with computer skills in Microsoft-based software products
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and superb attention to detail
  • Ability to think and reason critically, high attention to detail, autonomous in handling the given assignment and has high level of accountability
