About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Client Services Manager to join our team at GB - Global. As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic guidance, deliver exceptional client service, and offer insights to improve program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Vice President of Client Services to manage high-profile initiatives for one of our flagship clients.
  • Facilitate stakeholder needs for key projects and initiatives during critical periods of program transformation.
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Work with analytics resources to identify performance opportunities through data discovery and hypothesis-based analyses.
  • Clearly communicate complex business problems and align solutions to executive-level audiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a business analyst, data analyst, project coordinator, or business strategy adjacent role.
  • Experience working on strategic, transformational, analytical type projects at speed and scale.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical background with the ability to question data or processes.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, performing data analysis, reporting, and synthesis to translate information into action.
  • Experience translating complex initiatives into simple consumable formats for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, drafting and developing quality presentations that communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • P&C Insurance experience.
  • Management Consulting experience.
