About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at GBS - Global. As a key member of our client service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Work alongside experienced team members to learn the business and gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make client-related decisions independently
  • Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help our team retain business
  • Learn about Gallagher's vast network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials
  • Establish positive relationships with internal and external partners and support with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS)
  • Complete all GBS Employee Benefits curriculum and learn from your team
Requirements
  • High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
  • Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred
  • Previous experience managing client relationships
