As the quarterback of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing project management, sales, and revenue production. Your expertise in construction estimating, catastrophe experience, and leadership skills will be invaluable in delivering exceptional results and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales: Achieve sales targets, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
* Revenue: Oversee revenue production, ensure timely billing, and collaborate with project teams to drive profitability.
* Project Management: Close leads, maintain client communication, and document project progress in our CRM system.
* Business Development: Attend industry events, entertain clients, and partner with our VP of Sales to drive business growth.
* Estimating: Utilize Xactimate technology to create accurate project estimates and drive revenue growth.
* Customer Satisfaction: Communicate with key partners, set expectations, and ensure project updates are provided in a timely manner.

Requirements:

* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate proficiency.
* OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
* Ability to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week.
* Minimal out-of-state travel required, with some overnight travel for training, meetings, or jobs.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
