KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Foster a collaborative team environment through effective leadership and staff development.
    • Supervise clinical personnel, including counselors and support staff, promoting teamwork and effectiveness.
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of the facility team.
    • Ensure a positive and professional workplace by adhering to company policies and maintaining exceptional communication.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain accurate client records in accordance with facility procedures.
    • Collaborate with oversight agencies to ensure quality care.
    • Manage program budgets and resources for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to state licensing and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct incident investigations and prepare necessary reports.
    • Enhance employee and client retention through proactive communication.
    • Facilitate ongoing staff training to promote professional development.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Participate in community events to strengthen relationships and demonstrate our commitment.
    • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive treatment.
    • Engage with the Business Development team to identify referral sources.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and outreach programs.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand our reach and enhance community involvement.
    • Advocate for addiction awareness and access to quality care.
    • Prepare reports for the Executive Director and Board, highlighting program achievements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Management experience in healthcare, preferably in substance use or behavioral health.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human services.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and performance management skills.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions, including marketing and finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of governance and management best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and public speaking skills.
  • Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Setting: Indoor, controlled environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive motions; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Communication: Frequent interaction with others through various mediums.
