Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement evidence-based clinical programs that meet the needs of our patients.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to clinical staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical programs and services are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership role in the mental health or chemical dependency treatment field.
  • Licensure: Valid State of Ohio LISW, LPCC, or LICDC licensure or equivalent.
