About the Role

At Bank of America, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing tailored financial solutions and expert advice to help them succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to deepen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless client service and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices, leverage expertise, and drive results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial banking, corporate finance, or relationship management.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses (must obtain within 180 days of start date).

Desired Skills

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Existing knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Active participation in local community organizations.
  • Established network of professional contacts and Centers of Influence.
