Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient IT Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful execution of diverse technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft BI, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Drupal CMS, along with a solid foundation in managing a variety of technical projects. This position involves providing support for system implementations, integrations, significant upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Methodology Application:

  • Deliver project support for technical initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
  • Craft and uphold comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain a standardized project management methodology throughout CIE Tours to improve consistency, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and milestones.
  • Prepare and present regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

System Implementations, Major Changes & Security Compliance:

  • Supervise projects related to technology systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
  • Manage upgrades and modifications to desktop, server, and network systems, minimizing disruptions to operations and assessing risks to provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance of all technical projects with security standards and industry regulations, working closely with IT security teams to address and resolve security issues.

Process Enhancement:

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and best practices to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and report on project performance metrics, taking corrective actions as necessary to resolve any challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager, with a proven history of managing and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Strong grasp of system integrations, ERP platforms, and overseeing major system changes.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, including proficiency with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, OneNote, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements pertinent to IT projects.
  • Experience in implementing and sustaining project management methodologies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Drupal CMS, and Softrip is advantageous.
