Job Title: Fulfillment Sales Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our B2B Fulfillment Sales Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales policies and programs, managing existing accounts, developing new business with existing customers, and pursuing new ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales policies and programs to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage existing accounts to increase sales and resolve issues
  • Develop new business with existing customers and pursue new ones
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to achieve program goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
  • 5+ years of customer account management experience
  • Knowledge of budget management and PnL management
  • Knowledge of small/large parcel shipping industry
  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B e-commerce sales, drop shipping, e-commerce wholesale/distribution
  • Experience with common parcel shipping software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Ship Station, Highjump(Korber), WMS or similar software
  • Experience in e-commerce marketing and content
  • Experience with reading reports in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Experience in advanced Excel work
  • Experience in fulfillment with major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc...
Education:

High School or GED
