Fulfillment Sales Program Manager

Job Title: Fulfillment Sales Program Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to manage all aspects of our B2B Fulfillment Sales Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in managing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales policies and programs to identify areas for improvement
- Oversee all existing accounts and develop new business with existing customers
- Pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the Fulfillment Sales Program
Requirements:
- 5+ years of inside sales experience
- ~5+ years of customer service experience
- ~5+ years of customer account management experience
- Knowledge of budget management and PnL management
- Knowledge of small/large parcel shipping industry
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B eCommerce sales, drop shipping, eCommerce wholesale/distribution
- Experience with common parcel shipping software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Ship Station, Highjump(Korber), WMS or similar software
- Experience in eCommerce marketing and content
- Experience in advanced Excel work
- Experience in fulfillment with major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
