Job Title: Fulfillment Sales Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to manage all aspects of our B2B Fulfillment Sales Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with experience in managing accounts and developing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales policies and programs to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee all existing accounts and develop new business with existing customers
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the Fulfillment Sales Program

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of inside sales experience
  • ~5+ years of customer service experience
  • ~5+ years of customer account management experience
  • Knowledge of budget management and PnL management
  • Knowledge of small/large parcel shipping industry
  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B eCommerce sales, drop shipping, eCommerce wholesale/distribution
  • Experience with common parcel shipping software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Ship Station, Highjump(Korber), WMS or similar software
  • Experience in eCommerce marketing and content
  • Experience in advanced Excel work
  • Experience in fulfillment with major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
