Conflict Management:
Address customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments when necessary.
Sales Assistance:
Promote or suggest additional products and services when suitable, achieving sales objectives as established by the organization.
Regulatory Compliance:
Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications preferred.
