- Product Knowledge: Keep informed about company offerings, services, and promotions to accurately assist customers.
- Record Keeping: Precisely document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the company’s CRM system.
- Issue Management: Address customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex matters to the relevant departments as needed.
- Sales Assistance: Promote or recommend products and services when suitable, achieving sales objectives set by the company.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all customer interactions.
- Collaborative Efforts: Partner with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; some college education or relevant certifications are advantageous.
