We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team at Sonic Healthcare USA, Inc. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide face-to-face services to clients in assigned locations, including customer service, hardware/software computer-based needs, and training.
- Maintain a schedule that allows for efficient service to client accounts.
- Support Sales staff with client account start-ups.
- Set up shortlists and special profiles of tests most frequently used by clients.
- Conduct site surveys to familiarize yourself with the overall operations of client offices.
- Follow up continuously with clients regarding their accounts.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication, trouble-shooting, and follow-up skills.
- Clean and valid NYS driver's license.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.
