About the Role

The Sales Specialist is a key member of the Hermès South Coast Plaza team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets while working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall customer experience, ensuring all items are stored and maintained to high standards.
  • Process and ensure accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support for after-sales service.
  • Participate in inventory preparation and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control.
  • Provide high levels of service to clients, including prompt and friendly greetings, assistance with wrapping and packaging, and answering questions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills.
  • Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and open availability to accommodate business needs.
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
