Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team at Sparkling Craft LLC. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair:
    • Install new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork, adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
    • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment malfunctions, ensuring timely resolution of mechanical failures, electrical issues, and refrigerant leaks.
    • Replace or upgrade components of existing HVAC systems to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Maintenance:
    • Perform routine HVAC maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan.
    • Conduct system inspections to identify potential issues, recommending preventive measures or repairs as necessary.
    • Test HVAC systems to verify proper operation and compliance with performance standards.
  • Troubleshooting:
    • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to restore functionality.
    • Provide technical guidance to clients on HVAC system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency best practices.
    • Document all service activities, including repairs and maintenance tasks, for accurate record-keeping.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure all HVAC work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to HVAC systems.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies for equipment handling and disposal.
  • Create records of materials used for projects and prepare cost estimates for clients.
Requirements
  • A valid HVAC technician license issued in the USA.
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with proficiency in installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC equipment, components, and controls, including refrigeration and electrical systems.
  • A strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clean driving record and own transportation with a valid driver's license.
