You will focus on introducing recruitment tools that help customers find, engage, and hire top talent. Your passion for learning and connecting with others drives more organizations to find great people.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
  • Makes 80+ calls daily to set appointments with key decision-makers.
  • Drive pipeline growth by creating sales-qualified leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • B2B sales experience highly preferred
  • Comfortable selling to new businesses and existing customers.
  • Excellent phone skills: able to make high-volume calls every day.
  • Ability to engage and cultivate new leads.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation

We offer an annual base pay range of $45,000 + monthly commission, making this a lucrative opportunity for sales professionals.
