Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our members, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our products and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations team to ensure policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Hire, train, and supervise operations team members for the front desk, Kids Club, and Housekeeping Associates
  • Serve as a liaison with Corporate Customer Care Department to assist the General Manager with member and operational issues
  • Responsible for cash handling and ensuring daily deposits are made on time
  • Work in cooperation with the General Manager to manage cancellations and process member inquiries
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll and ensure all missed punches are corrected and submitted on time
  • Develop and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics, including employee retention and satisfaction
  • Train staff to provide exceptional hospitality to members and guests
  • Lead by example to maintain a clean, friendly, and top-notch club environment
  • Manage employee performance and create a positive working environment
Requirements:
  • Ability to use sound business judgment and strong analytical skills
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to delegate and follow up on tasks
  • Strong leadership qualities and excellent motivational, communication, and team-building skills
  • College degree preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
