Position Overview:

Ohio CAT, a division of Ohio Machinery Co, is seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to enhance our Parts team. This role is essential in ensuring that the necessary components are available for our valued customers.

Working Hours:
12:00 am - 8:30 am - Third Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pull and pack parts orders.
  • Manage the shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts through various transportation methods.
  • Prepare outgoing components for delivery via truck, common carrier, and shuttle services.
  • Perform all related warehouse tasks, including accurate counting, receiving, and shipping of parts.
  • Handle warranty items and assemble hoses as required.

Required Competencies:
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, and familiar with database systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Two to three years of relevant warehouse experience is essential.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, with 50 lbs pulling capacity.
  • Frequent repetitive motions requiring dexterity of hands, wrists, and fingers.
  • Capability to stand or sit frequently and navigate stairs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels.
