Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies to meet current needs using data analytics.
- Execute the annual recruitment strategy effectively.
- Engage existing and potential parents for referrals.
- Establish Necco's reputation as a leader in foster care through community education and outreach.
- Foster relationships with foster parents, local businesses, media, religious organizations, and community leaders.
- Utilize data to collaborate with staff and community influencers to create and implement ongoing recruitment initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the CRM regarding leads and activities.
- Manage follow-up communications with prospective foster parents through various channels.
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- Lead the recertification process in compliance with state licensing requirements, including ongoing training and home study evaluations.
- Stay informed about current state regulations concerning foster homes.
- Evaluate families' capabilities to foster during the recertification process.
- Recommend necessary training based on identified growth areas.
- Support the team in addressing foster home allegations and policy violations.
- Participate in the admissions process from referral to placement.
- Maintain comprehensive records for foster parents in the database.
- Ensure all foster parent file requirements are up to date.
- Oversee all aspects of ongoing and recertification training for foster parents.
- Ensure training aligns with Hobb's principles of Re-Education and Necco's culture.
- Analyze reasons for referral declines and provide targeted training to address these issues.
- Utilize data to assess foster home retention rates and develop strategies to enhance utilization and capacity.
- Provide a support network for foster homes throughout the process, especially for children with higher needs.
- Lead initiatives for recognizing and celebrating foster parents.
- Coordinate retention activities for foster families.
- Assist in referrals and placements to optimize matching and capacity.
- Practice effective and pragmatic decision-making.
- Encourage peer-to-peer feedback.
- Embrace and embody Necco's corporate culture principles.
- Exemplify the core virtues of humility, ambition, and intelligence.
- Drive personal performance metrics.
- Contribute to the structured meeting framework at Necco.
- Provide on-call advisory support to foster families as part of a rotating schedule.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (specific requirements vary by state).
- At least 2 years of experience in the human services sector.
- Valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance coverage.
- Experience in training and development.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Successful completion of all mandated criminal background checks.
- Willingness to travel for training purposes.
