Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer based in Albany, GA, you will play a vital role within the Technical Services Department of Brewery Operations. This position entails leading, managing, and coordinating various capital and expense projects that encompass multiple disciplines from inception to completion, including the execution of operational and maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the implementation of capital projects.
- Engage in Design Out Maintenance (DOM) initiatives.
- Enhance, support, and contribute to the development and execution of operational and process reliability strategies.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated experience in driving World Class Supply Initiatives to achieve challenging goals.
- A passion for tackling challenges, with the ability to swiftly and effectively manage complex projects while aligning with business priorities.
- Strong negotiation skills with a client-focused approach; your inquisitive nature fosters innovation, and you can execute ideas efficiently.
- A 4-year Engineering degree along with a certification as a licensed professional engineer and project management is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering, maintenance, or project management role within a manufacturing context.
- Advanced knowledge across Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering methodologies, managing projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.
