Position Overview:
As a Project Engineer based in Albany, GA, you will be an integral part of the Technical Services Department within Brewery Operations. Your role will involve leading, managing, and coordinating various capital and expense projects that span multiple disciplines from inception to completion, including the execution of operational and maintenance strategies.

This position reports to the Manager of Engineering Services and collaborates closely with Brewery Operational Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of capital projects.
  • Engage in Design Out Maintenance (DOM) initiatives.
  • Enhance, support, and contribute to the development and execution of operational and process reliability strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to drive World Class Supply Initiatives to meet challenging objectives.
  • Adept at managing complex projects efficiently while aligning with business priorities, responding swiftly to market changes.
  • Skilled negotiator with a client-focused approach; your curiosity fuels your innovative mindset, and you can effectively execute provided ideas.
  • A 4-year Engineering degree along with certification as a licensed professional engineer and project management is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, and project management within a manufacturing context.
  • Advanced knowledge across Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering disciplines, with projects managed from start to finish with minimal oversight.
