Disaster Recovery Operations Coordinator

Job Overview
At Scroggs Construction Services, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our disaster recovery operations and optimize daily team performance. As a Restoration Project Supervisor, you will manage restoration projects, particularly in the aftermath of natural disasters and insurance-driven restoration efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Ensure timely completion of restoration projects by coordinating with contractors, adjusters, and suppliers.
- Budgeting and Quality Control: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining quality control across all phases of restoration.
- Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct risk assessments on restoration projects to identify potential issues and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Contractor Oversight and Safety: Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety at job sites and compliance with OSHA standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years' experience in restoration, construction, or related fields, with a focus on disaster recovery and insurance-driven projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Skills: Strong understanding of residential restoration processes, including insurance protocols, mitigation, and rebuilding; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $55,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience.
