Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth scheduling, efficient dispatching, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize technician schedules, ensuring efficient routing and timely service delivery.
  • Dispatch technicians to job sites, considering their skills and expertise.
  • Debrief technicians after service calls, gathering information and updating records.
  • Handle customer inquiries, including invoice questions and complaints, with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate permits and inspections, ensuring schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Track estimates, follow up on submitted proposals, and ensure completed jobs are properly documented.
  • Answer phones and book service calls as needed.
  • Manage pricing objections and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
  • Experience in the home services or skilled trades industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using field service management software.
  • A positive and teachable attitude.
