Senior Lead Relationship Manager, Emerging Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Maintain and deepen existing client relationships through regular communication, needs assessments, and tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, industries, and financial needs.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
