Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Maintain and deepen existing client relationships through regular communication, needs assessments, and tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, industries, and financial needs.
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client issues and concerns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of business plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
