About the Role:

Position Overview: Under general supervision, you will be tasked with researching, processing, and accurately inputting data related to real estate assessments, business personal property accounts, and manufactured housing.

Key Duties:

  • Maintaining various databases, including exemptions, organizational details, and property divisions.
  • Processing property-related documents and recorded files.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries.
  • Auditing financial statements and managing valuation freeze assessments.
  • Ensuring precise accounting of business property schedules and assessments.
  • Tracking manufactured housing throughout the county via Motor Vehicle Division reports.
  • And additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of office experience preferred.
  • Additional: Valid Arizona driver's license and completion of mandatory Department of Revenue Provisional training.
