  • Conduct thorough evaluations of property values through comparative analysis, data review, site inspections, market research, and trend analysis.
  • Maintain current knowledge of client statuses in the buying and selling process to facilitate prompt and effective agent responses.
  • Utilize our CRM system daily to document all relevant interactions and oversee the sales progression.
  • Engage in outbound communications, manage email correspondence, and oversee the sales pipeline to meet client needs effectively.
