Compensation:$50,000 - $125,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of property values utilizing comparative market analysis, data evaluation, site inspections, market trends, and research.
- Maintain current knowledge of client statuses in the home buying and selling journey to facilitate prompt and efficient actions by agents.
- Utilize our CRM system daily to document all necessary interactions and oversee the sales process.
- Engage in outbound communications, including calls and emails, while managing the sales pipeline to meet the needs of our clients.
- Collect and assess information from clients to qualify them before advancing them in the sales process, ensuring a structured and efficient approach.
- Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to guarantee a satisfactory transaction experience.
- A genuine enthusiasm for real estate asset sales and a results-driven mindset are essential.
- Preferred candidates will have over one year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or related sales roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with superior phone etiquette, are required to effectively set and close appointments.
- This position may offer remote work flexibility for the right candidate.
