The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the sales department by providing essential administrative assistance. This includes effective communication with clients, preparation of community reports, and managing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize the sales office while executing various administrative tasks.
2. Assist in the daily operations of routine sales activities, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
3. Coordinate meetings for the sales team.
4. Facilitate communication between buyers and lenders during the closing process.
5. Address routine inquiries from customers regarding their purchases.
6. Support customer engagement by presenting information to visitors in the community.

Management Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
