We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Development. This key role will be responsible for shaping the future of our organization by developing our most valuable asset - our people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Talent Management Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and Implement Learning and Development Programs: Develop and implement learning and development programs that enhance team members' growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead Talent Management Processes: Oversee our talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and coaching and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and Implement Leadership Development Programs: Design and implement leadership development programs that prepare emerging leaders for future roles.
  • Integrate DEI Principles: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into our talent management strategies to ensure that programs are inclusive and equitable across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the budget for talent and learning development initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging practices, and advancements in healthcare to enhance our professional development curriculum.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree and/or relevant certifications (S/PHR, SRHM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in learning and development, particularly within the healthcare or medical education sector with increasing responsibility and oversight of strategy.
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading others, including the indirect leading of peers and cross-functional partners through influence and trust.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in a senior talent management or learning and development role, with a track record of success.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, learning methodologies, and performance management systems; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making; commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
