- Integrate DEI Principles: Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into our talent management strategies to ensure that programs are inclusive and equitable across all levels of the organization.
- Manage Budget and Resources: Manage the budget for talent and learning development initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging practices, and advancements in healthcare to enhance our professional development curriculum.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree and/or relevant certifications (S/PHR, SRHM-SCP) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in learning and development, particularly within the healthcare or medical education sector with increasing responsibility and oversight of strategy.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading others, including the indirect leading of peers and cross-functional partners through influence and trust.
- Proven Track Record: Proven experience in a senior talent management or learning and development role, with a track record of success.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of talent management frameworks, learning methodologies, and performance management systems; excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making; commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
