About the Role

CORT is seeking a highly motivated and strategic sales professional to join our team as a Residential Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining CORT's business relationships in an assigned geographic region, with a focus on multi-family communities and other residential verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve market share growth by prospecting for new business through cold calling, networking, and research within assigned markets
  • Sell new services to existing clients and leverage virtual tools and social media to engage prospects and existing clients
  • Present Value-Based Solutions to key decision makers and plan and execute strategic marketing plans to show appreciation for clients in creative ways
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and work pipeline through the full sales cycle
  • Collaborate with sales management, inside sales, contact center, operations, and commercial teams to ensure optimized revenue and customer service
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience and strong CRM experience, specifically Salesforce
  • Exceptional presentation skills and solid time management and self-organizational ability
  • Multi-Family experience, including onsite property experience or experience with the rental lifecycle
  • Familiarity with property management technology such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage
  • Flexibility and willingness to attend occasional after-hours events
