About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy across the West Coast and neighboring western states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in key regions, including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven success in sales management, preferably in wholesale distribution or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Able to travel extensively (up to 50%-75%) across the West Coast and neighboring states.
