Entry Level Sales Role at Sentido Health

This position offers significant opportunities for advancement, as promotions are primarily filled from within the organization. The role features a base salary between $35,000 and $45,000 along with a sales incentive of up to $1,500 every 90 days. Key responsibilities include supporting the designated territory, with the main office operations based in a central location. A fuel card is provided for business-related travel.

The comprehensive benefits package includes full health benefits, paid time off, and a 401K matching plan of up to 6%. The position entails a mix of fieldwork, office duties, and remote assistance for various regions.

Responsibilities involve collaborating with the Sales Director, Area Manager, and Patient Care Coordinator to deliver sales support, educate patients, and establish efficient documentation processes. While prior experience is advantageous, a thorough training program is available for candidates from diverse backgrounds, including dietetics, nutrition, human resources, sales, marketing, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee patient documentation and authorization workflows
  • Efficiently prioritize orders to enhance time management and customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a liaison for major client accounts
  • Develop and maintain calling schedules using the Clear2 CRM platform
  • Facilitate patient interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Identify new business prospects within key accounts
  • Respond promptly to after-hours inquiries and emergencies
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding necessary medical equipment
