Sarah Wright - State Farm Agent is on the lookout for a driven Producer who can identify prospects and effectively transform leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Representative on our team, you will engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, understand customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
- Partner with your agency's team to foster successful and lasting customer relationships.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and quotas is preferred.
- Ability to connect effectively with customers.
- Capability to obtain necessary property, casualty, life, and health licenses (approximately one month of study/testing required).
