KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the agent to manage online presence and social media content.
  • Assist in identifying and supporting local community initiatives.
  • Help establish and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Work with the agent to create and maintain a digital marketing strategy for the office.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Ability to secure Life and Health license.
  • Preferred experience in sales (inside or outside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Capability to present to potential clients.
  • Proficient in generating content for social media, websites, and emails.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
