Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Agent is a key player in the residential property market, responsible for facilitating the sale of properties for clients. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable about local market trends, and have a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.

As a successful Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be expected to build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry professionals, stay up-to-date on industry developments, and think creatively to overcome challenges. Your goal-oriented attitude and commitment to personal development will be essential in driving your success in this role.

Real Estate Sales Agents are rewarded for their performance, with earning potential ranging from $50,000 to over $100,000 per year. As you build your client base and increase your transaction volume, your income will grow accordingly.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interact with clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide expert advice on the local real estate market and answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other aspects of the real estate process.
  • Utilize technology to manage a database of clients and prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow up on real estate transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract new clients.
